How to get started with Blocks

Is there a limit to how many apps I can create?

Build as many as you need! There's no limit to the number of apps you can create with Blocks.

Can I share my apps with others?

Invite team members to collaborate on apps you’ve created or customized. Share your creations and work better together

How do I customize an existing app?

To customize an app, simply click the "play" icon in the top right corner. Then, just chat with Ella to make it your own. You can find more details on customizing here.

How do I integrate with other tools?

We're currently working on adding integrations and connectors to our platform. Tell us which will be most valuable to you and stay tuned as we'll be sharing new capabilities weekly!

Free plan

What does the free plan include?

With the free plan, you get 7 messages per day (up to 25 per month) and 500 credits to explore features like integrations, deep search, analytics, and more. You’ll also get full access to all core tools—so you can build fully functional apps from day one.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

Once you hit your monthly credit limit, building and tool actions will pause until the next month. To keep going without interruption, you can easily upgrade your plan in your billing center.


Pricing & Plans

How does pricing work?

Our pricing is split into two parts: Build (chatting with Ella, our AI teammate, to create or update your app) and Use (running the tools in your app). You can choose between monthly or yearly billing—keep in mind our annual plans come with a discount.

What are credits?

Credits are used to run actions within your app—like running AI features, sending emails, generating images, uploading files, and more. Your monthly credit limit determines how many actions you can take each month.

What are builder messages?

These are the messages you send to Ella, our AI teammate, to build or modify your app. It's how you tell Ella what to do—like adding a feature or making a change.

Can you pay for Blocks monthly?

Yes, you can pay monthly. Simply choose the "monthly" option on the pricing page to pay as you go. However, our yearly plan offers a 30% discount if you're looking to save!

Do you offer discounted plans?

Yes! Save 30% automatically with any yearly plan. Plus, for a limited time, we're offering a additional X credits on all yearly plans to celebrate our beta launch.

Can I change my plan?

Update your plan anytime to match your evolving needs. When you upgrade, what you've already paid for your current plan will be applied as a discount toward your new plan - so you only need to add the difference.

To change your plan:

  1. Go to the Admin section

  2. Click Billing

  3. Select "change plan"

  4. Choose your new plan

You can upgrade anytime or downgrade when your current billing period ends.
